1. 서비스 내용1. The service

interAlertApp은 ImgSigZenA 장치가 사용자 본인의 Google Drive에 저장한 이벤트 사진과 기록을, 사용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인하여 웹 브라우저에서 조회할 수 있게 해 주는 간단한 뷰어 애플리케이션입니다. 사용자의 개인 데이터는 SigZenA 서버를 거치지 않고 브라우저와 Google Drive 사이에서 직접 전달됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. interAlertApp is a simple viewer that lets you sign in with a Google Account and view, in a web browser, the event photos and records that an ImgSigZenA device has saved to your own Google Drive. Your personal data travels directly between your browser and Google Drive and does not pass through any SigZenA server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

2. 이용 자격과 계정2. Eligibility and account

이 서비스는 Google 계정으로 로그인하여 이용하며, 별도의 SigZenA 회원가입은 없습니다.The service is used by signing in with a Google Account; there is no separate SigZenA registration.
ImgSigZenA 장치와 연결된 Google 계정(보호자 계정)으로 로그인한 경우에만 해당 장치의 이벤트를 볼 수 있습니다.You can see a device's events only when signed in with the Google Account linked to that ImgSigZenA device (the guardian account).
계정과 로그인 정보의 관리는 사용자의 책임이며, 계정 접근 권한은 Google 계정 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.You are responsible for safeguarding your account and sign-in. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

3. 데이터의 소유와 책임3. Your data and responsibilities

이벤트 사진과 기록은 사용자의 Google Drive에 저장되며, 그 데이터에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. SigZenA는 이 데이터를 보관하거나 열람하지 않습니다.Event photos and records are stored in your Google Drive and remain yours. SigZenA does not store or view them.
장치가 설치된 공간에서 촬영될 수 있는 사람(어르신, 가족, 방문자 등)에게 촬영 사실을 알리고 필요한 동의를 받는 것은 장치를 설치·운영하는 사용자의 책임입니다.You are responsible for informing the people who may be recorded where the device is installed (the elderly person, family members, visitors) and for obtaining any consent required by law.
조회한 이미지와 기록을 타인에게 공개하거나 법령에 어긋나는 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.You must not publish the images or records you view, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. 긴급 상황 및 안전에 관한 안내4. Emergencies and safety

중요Important

이 서비스는 이벤트 감지 결과를 보여주는 보조 도구이며, 응급·의료·보안 서비스를 대신하지 않습니다. 감지 누락, 오감지, 네트워크·Google Drive·장치 장애로 인한 지연이나 알림 누락이 발생할 수 있습니다. 위급한 상황에서는 119 등 응급 서비스에 직접 연락하세요. This service is an auxiliary tool that displays detection results. It is not a substitute for emergency, medical, or security services. Missed or false detections, and delayed or missing alerts caused by network, Google Drive, or device failures, may occur. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.

5. 서비스 제공 및 변경5. Availability and changes

서비스는 Google Drive 및 Google 로그인 서비스에 의존하며, SigZenA는 서비스를 개선·변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. The service depends on Google Drive and Google Sign-In. SigZenA may improve, change, or discontinue the service. Material changes will be announced on this page.

6. 보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 SigZenA는 서비스 이용으로 인한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 SigZenA의 고의 또는 중과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따릅니다. The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SigZenA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Liability for damages caused by SigZenA's willful misconduct or gross negligence is governed by applicable law.

7. 이용 종료7. Termination

사용자는 언제든 로그아웃하고 Google 계정 > 보안 > 타사 앱 액세스에서 연결을 해제하여 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 약관을 위반하면 SigZenA는 서비스 제공을 제한할 수 있습니다. You may stop using the service at any time by signing out and removing access at Google Account > Security > Third-party access. SigZenA may restrict the service if these terms are violated.

8. 준거법8. Governing law

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
